Delivery Time

• Instant Delivery - Self editable template will be delivered within 2-3 min.
• Custom order Ecard/Video e-invites will be delivered within 72 working hours.
• In the case of seasonal rush, delivery time can be affected.
• Our Working hours will be Mon. – Sat. (IST 10 am – IST 6.30 pm)
• Urgent Video/Caricature Invite order cost will be will extra cost of ₹499/-
• Our prices are fixed because we are already selling up to 50% discount rates; there is no place for bargaining over our prices.

Terms and Conditions

• Payment will be 100% in advance for ready templates. No refund will be provided, as the design you see & approve is what you will be receiving.
• 18% GST will be applicable extra.
• Only Text, Fixed Images, Music will be changed in provided samples.
  
• The content & details provided by you will be final; content can't be changed once you lock it.
• Please provide the content carefully and cross-check for spelling mistakes, as we will add the exact same content provided by you.
• If you want to change font style/colour, background colour, the cost will be additional ₹499 & you need to tell us before.
  
• No Video Frame will be moved/added or changed from its original position. It can be extra chargeable as ₹299/- per slide.
• We do not provide additional changes once we deliver the HD Version. After cost will be ₹199/- for Ecard and ₹499/- for video Invite per round of revision.
• If you don't want to add images/video clip, it can be removed.
• Music can be changed as per your choice. But, 1 Song only, Share the song link of your choice. (Note that we do not provide song editing or cutting services).
• The revision will be done one time after the first draft of the video. If changes are required after finalization, charges will be applicable according to the changes necessary.
  
• Finally, you will get 1080*1920 sizes for video invites HD version via whatsapp version.
• In case you need multiple versions, like separate for bride/ groom, or one version with only certain functions, another will all functions, you have to pay 40% amount of actual template.
• We do not share open files/ templates. So please do not ask for them.
• We are not dealing in Printing material yet. We only design the invite/signboards with your content and will provide you the HD pdf file, you can take printouts from your nearby printing press.
• By default we make design in 1080x1920 pixels, if anyone want to change the size, they must provide the design size before custom ordering.
• If the client requests a new template prior to receiving a preview from the design team, the design team will make the requested change. However, if the client fails to request a new template before receiving the preview, they will be required to order a new template.
• After the client's event, we can share or upload their invite/caricatures on our portfolio.
  If anyone objects to the same, they can deny it before order or ask for a delete on our portfolio.
