At InvitoAi.store, we provide fast and personalized digital wedding invitation videos and e-cards to customers worldwide. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under very specific and rare conditions outlined below.

This policy merges our standard digital product practices with additional terms for revisions, customization, and changes based on our design guidelines.

Non-Refundable Services

All payments made to InvitoAi.store are non-refundable. As we offer online digital products that are delivered instantly or customized to order:

  • No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds will be provided once an order is placed.
  • Refunds are not issued for user errors such as:
    • Wrong event details submitted
    • Change of mind
    • Dislike of font or design (once approved)
    • Failure to download or access the file due to client-side issues

Eligible Refund Exceptions

We will only consider refund requests under the following limited conditions:

  • Non-delivery of the final product within 24 hours of purchase, with no valid delivery attempt and no customer communication received.
  • Corrupted or unusable files that cannot be corrected within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate payment errors.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Revision Policy & Customization Terms

We provide template-based and custom-designed digital invitation videos. Please note:

  • Our prices are fixed; there is no negotiation or bargaining.
  • Text, images, and music can be changed as per your instructions within the limits of the selected template.
  • Font and color adjustments are allowed.
  • Only the initial images you provide will be used. Replacing or swapping images multiple times is not allowed without extra charge.
  • If more changes are requested beyond what's included, extra charges will apply based on the level of customization.
  • Custom orders include 2 rounds of revision after the first draft. Any further revisions after finalization will incur additional fees.

File & Format Policy

  • Final delivery will be in video format only.
  • Source files (e.g., project files) will not be shared under any circumstances.
  • If you require a PDF version or a Clickable Smart Card, this can be provided at an additional charge of ₹100 INR per page.

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Correct spelling of names and event details
  • Accurate and complete submission of images, music, and preferences
  • Checking your email inbox and spam folders promptly after purchase

We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect submissions or missed communications.
